We have developed a simple, straightforward solution to the two problems long associated with traditional liners – leakage and wear life. Our new lip design provides extra gasketing, thereby eliminating the wire drawing that causes leakage between the liners. With no leakage, the wear life of the liner increases and replacement cost decreases. And an added bonus is that the assembly of the liners is made much easier because there is a lip to hold on to – no more awkward fiddling around to hold the gasket in place. We know the maintenance staff will appreciate our new design, and so will the purchasing department when they see their need for replacement liners reduced.
