Dynapro is pleased to introduce our unique lip design for suction and gland side elastomer liners.  We have developed a simple, straightforward solution to the two problems long associated with traditional liners – leakage and wear life.  Our new lip design provides extra gasketing, thereby eliminating the wire drawing that causes leakage between the liners. With no leakage, the wear life of the liner increases and replacement cost decreases.  And an added bonus is that the assembly of the liners is made much easier because there is a lip to hold on to – no more awkward fiddling around to hold the gasket in place.  We know the maintenance staff will appreciate our new design, and so will the purchasing department when they see their need for replacement liners reduced.  We have lots of lips in stock, so call 705-524-6958 now and give them a try - we know you will love them!

Dynapro Goes Global

With its recent expansion into the manufacturing of its own products the Dynapro Model VSP and the Dynapro Model AC-SRL, Dynapro is also expanding its reach far beyond the Canadian borders.  From South Asia to Africa, South America to the U.K. and all across North America, Dynapro is filling orders for new customers in addition to servicing its healthy customer base in Canada. While Dynapro has always prided itself on being Canada’s source for pumps and pump parts and will continue to fulfill that mandate, we have decided to make it official by announcing publicly that we are now a global entity. These are exciting times for the resource industries we serve, and with our extensive experience in the mining sector, Dynapro is poised to help our customers with the pumps and pump parts they need to operate efficiently.  Our ability to provide products from our inventory and technical expertise from our knowledgeable staff makes Dynapro the pump company of choice.

What's Old is New Again

Dynapro is pleased to announce its new “old” products, the Dynapro Model VSP and the Dynapro Model AC-SRL.  They are new because for the first time, they are being manufactured in North America by Dynapro. And they are “old”, because they replace the Galigher vertical sump pumps and the Allis Chalmers SRL slurry pumps, which have been standards of the mining industry for decades.  What’s also new is that we stock parts for these pumps in our Sudbury warehouse, and complete pumps are readily available.

Dynapro listened to its customers, who wanted these models to be readily available and at a competitive price.  Now we can meet your demands.  Our new “old” pumps are just a phone call away.

Dynapro is pleased to announce that it won the bid to provide Agrium’s Vanscoy, SK plant with the Wood Group Surface Pumping System (SPS). Our Saskatchewan distributor, Valerin Technologies, asked Dynapro to find a solution for brine injection pumps designed for 1100 GPM at 700 PSIG and requiring corrosion/abrasion resistant pump materials. Dynapro turned to the Wood Group because of its experience with high pressure pumping applications for brine injection.

The advantages of the SPS pump design versus a conventional horizontal split case or vertical turbine multistage pump are: ease of installation with the SPS finite element analysis designed skid baseplate; availability of a spare pump element for rapid change-out and maintenance; and short manufacturing lead times for both complete units and MRO parts. Once again, our extensive knowledge and technical expertise allowed us to find the right solution for the customer’s needs.

Dynapro Meets with Distributors across Canada

Our Dynapro account managers have hit the road and are making sales calls with our distributors across Canada .  Our technical expertise is what our distributors appreciate, and as we join them in meeting with customers, we add value because of our extensive knowledge about the Canadian pumping industry.   Whether it’s a pulp and paper plant in the Atlantic Provinces , or a mine in the interior of BC, we are there to support our distributors.  We were able to offer a resolution to a long standing problem in a food processing plant, assisted in a mine start up operation, and remedied a problem with premature wearing on pump parts in a recycle paper plant.  We are actively engaged in supporting our front line, and are pleased to be adding value in a way that no other pump company can.

Dynapro’s Customized Training Adds Value to Distribution Network

One of Dynapro’s key strategies is to ensure that its distributors are well trained in Dynapro’s product and service offerings.  Over the past few months, we have been delivering customized training programs and seminars across the country.  The feedback has been extremely positive, and we have experienced an increase in inquiries and sales.  We know how important it is for distributors to be confident in what they are selling, so the personalized training that Dynapro provides is a critical success factor.  We are pleased to be able to add value to our partnerships through the sharing of our extensive pump and pump process knowledge.

Ruhrpumpen makes Dynapro Equipment an Exclusive Distributor

Dynapro is delighted to announce the signing of an agreement with Ruhrpumpen, a pump technology company, for the distribution of Ruhrpumpen products. For over 50 years, Ruhrpumpen has manufactured centrifugal pumps, including pumps for use under extreme conditions.  In conjunction with Dynapro’s expertise in mining and pulp and paper applications, this partnership provides our customers with outstanding service, and also extends Dynapro’s pump selection to include all major processing pumps in the world. We are looking forward to growing the process pump business with our new partner, Ruhrpumpen.

Dynapro invited to attend Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd. (AECL) trade show in Chalk River on June 1.

At the request of Canadian Bearings Ltd., Dynapro will attend the Chalk River Trade Show this year. Dynapro’s account manager, Kenna Withers, will “man” the booth where we will display our extensive pump selection including our exciting new product lines to be announced in the upcoming weeks. In addition, we will be showcasing Autogard products and the unique torque limiter that Dynapro supplies. This Autogard Series 320 Manual Reset mechanical torque limiter is specifically designed to run at high speed and capable of running continuously in the disengaged condition. It is one of a kind in the world. See it and our pump lines in Chalk River on June 1st!

As a result of signing an agreement with BC BEARING Engineers Ltd. in March, 2006, Dynapro has completed building its distribution network across Canada.  Dynapro now has distributors from coast to coast, with the addition of twenty-three BC BEARING regions in western and central Canada.

The rest of the country is supported through Dynapro’s partnerships with Kinecor, Sherbrooke Tech and Service Inc. and Universal Engineered Products and Services.
