The Dynapro HSC Series Single-Stage Double-Suction Centrifugal Pump was developed to meet new-generation high-efficiency, energy-saving pumping requirements with modern design and incorporating advanced technology.

1. Wide Performance Range
We adopt the international advanced CFO Turbo Software system to optimize & design pump casings and impellers which not only improves efficiency and reduces the costs but also provides the pump with suitable capacity and head to meet the pumping requirements.
2. High Efficiency
We’ve adopted our special software combined with advanced hydraulic models to optimize the impeller and pump body design which helps reduce hydraulic loss and improve overall efficiency. The design point efficiency is 5-15% higher than usual double suction centrifugal pumps and the impeller wear ring is made with wear-resistant material. The Dynapro HSC has remarkable operation life.
3. Excellent Suction Performance
This HSC double suction pump has excellent suction performance and can be operated at high rotation speed. Under the condition of high suction lift and temperature, you can select a low-speed pump.
4. Different Material for Different Transfer Medium
This series pump adopts different materials for different mediums to meet the needs of individual site situations, including gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, Ni-cast iron, copper and other anti-wear and anti-corrosion materials.
5. Reliable Operation, Little vibration, and Low Noise
Double suction structure of impeller, double casing structure of pump casing and the short distance between bearings will decrease the vibration, lower the noise and make the operation more reliable.
6. Longer Operation Life
The adoption of double-casing structure and special material makes the wear of wet parts very low. This will allow the bearing and rings to work for a longer life.
7. Compact structure
We take a stress analysis for the pump casing through special software to determine the wall thickness based on the results. This creates the release of inner stress and allows us to make pump casings smaller and portable for the pumping condition while still maintaining strength.
8. Easy Maintenance
The structure of the HSC double suction centrifugal pump makes it easy for checking and repairing the rotor, bearing seal and other easy-wearing parts. You only need to open the pump cover to complete maintenance conveniently without disassembling inlet & outlet water pipe.
HSC pumps are widely utilized for water supply and drainage for cities, power plants, mining companies, pumping stations, fire safety, shipbuilding and the oil refining industry. They can also be made of special material to apply in the sediment concentration, abrasive or corrosive conditions.
